Ms. Dena Hagen

I'm a lifelong twin ports resident who attended Duluth Public Schools as a K-12 student.  I am married and have 1 daughter and 1 son.   I have been teaching at Nettleton School since 2005 and have taught as a Special Education LD/EBD Teacher and now as a Special Education DCD Teacher.  My approach to teaching is to develop a trusting relationship with my students by creating a safe and supportive learning environment. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to work with students and the wonderful staff at Nettleton School.
