March is "Music in Our Schools Month" 

Students and teachers are presenting special pperformances across our community to celebrate music education in Duluth.  Please see the Music Department Calendar link for dates and times of concerts or individual school websites through Useful Links.

Ordean East 8th Grade Orchestra receives Certificate of Award for musical excellence from the Minnesota String and Orchestra Teacher's Association.  The Orchestra received the award at the Middle Level Orchestra Festival held in February.  Congratulations students and Drirector, Nairi Stack.

Trampled by Turtles Benefit Concert for the Duluth Music Program - Sold Out!  Thursday, November 1 at Clyde Iron Works.  Music begins at 9:00PM with Ol Yeller.  Proceeds to the Duluth Public Schools Music Program.
