Kathy Bartsias embraced SL for 24 years in DPS as a former classroom teacher and District Specialist.  She shared her passion and expertise at numerous local, state, and national conferences and worked with other national leaders at the Johnson Foundation Wingspread Conference in the development of the K-12 Standards for Quality Practice.
