How to get Technology Help...

Each member of the Technology Staff is commited to providing you with the most efficiant, friendly, and professional service possible.

In order to provide this type of service there are some guidelines that the department follows:

  • Ask your building computer technician (if you have on)
  • Submit a trouble ticket to the Online Technology Help Desk
  • Ask you Technology Dept. Field Support Technician
  • Contact our District Technology Trainer for Questions relating to using a piece of software (such as Microsoft Word)
  • Call the Help Desk at 336-8754.
  • Please note that when you call the Technology department we will need your Help Desk ticket number for tracking purposes.

    There are other ways of obtaining help such as asking a fellow co-worker and checking with your school/dept. secretary.  We are always more than willing to help and answer any question, no matter how small.

    The only thing we ask is for you to be patient in getting back to you.  We are working hard to try to resolve problems as soon as possible, but sheer size of the District dictates that some people may wait longer than they would like.
