Field Support Schedule...

The technology department currently has three Field Support Technicians that are assigned to each school to provide on-site support.  The Field Support staff work off the Altiris Help Desk Ticket System.  Users enter trouble tickets into the Help Desk system which dispatches a notice to their technician.  Based off the Technology Priority List the technician will address normal priority tickets during the next scheduled visit. 

Please see the chart below for your school's scheduled day.  If there are no tickets in the system for the site the technician will visit other sites instead.
