The system is called PAMS (Parent Account Management System). 

The system requires a minimum transaction of $25.00 and charges a small service fee equalling 4.6% of the transaction ($25.00 = $1.15).  The system accepts MasterCard, and Discover cards.  PayPams uses 128-bit encryption to protect the data.  Click here to enter the system .
