VoIP - Telephone Tips... Voice Over Internet Prtocol - VoIP, is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. The Duluth Public school in in the process of moving each school to the VoIP system. The district uses two models of VoIP phones, CISCO IP phone 7960 and 79640 series. Listed below are the training guidelines used by the district.
